You Are Invited

Come as you aren't to Big Boo! CCAD's annual Halloween extravaganza—music, dancing, cash bar, and the best costumes seen anywhere--and we've got the contest to prove it. Doors open at 7:00p.m. and the party continues until 10:00. CCAD students are welcome to stay later than 10:00p.m.

The costume contest (for CCAD students only) starts at 9 p.m. and includes cash prizes. Even if you can't compete, come and cheer on your favorites. Cash prizes for the contest: are $1,000 for first place, $500 for second place, and $250 for third place.

Admission:
Starting Oct. 16, buy tickets at the front desk of the CCAD's Loann Crane Center for Design between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.

Students (with current ID) $5
non-CCAD students $10
BIg Boo tickets are $10 at the door, the night of the event.

A shuttle will run between the Schottenstein Residence Hall and BoMA between 6:45 and 11 p.m.

Get Involved!

If you've been thinking about getting involved this year, this is your chance! Wednesday, September 9 is the annual CCAD Student Involvement Fair. Beginning at 11:00 on the ground floor of the Crane Center for Design, many of CCAD's student organizations will be on hand to answer questions and take applications for new members. SPB will have have applications available as well as representatives from some of our committees to answer any questions you might have about SPB. If you are interested in becoming an SPB member, we encourage you to stop by our booth and apply! We have a lot of great things planned for this year and we are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated people to help bring them to reality.

The CCAD Student Involvement Fair will take place Wednesday, September 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the ground floor of the Crane Center for Design

Order UP!

Join us on Friday, August 28 for an evening of fun and relaxation after your first week back to class. Our first event of the season, entitled "Order UP!" will begin at 8:30 p.m. on the Quad with all-you-can-eat pancakes, provided by Chris Cakes. Catch one, two, ten... however many you want, then doll 'em up with maple syrup, whipped cream and tons of other fixin's.

Starting at 9:00 p.m. we will begin a special showing of Disney Pixar's UP on the Quad! Join Carl, Russell, Dug, Kevin and the rest of the cast for this funny and heartwarming tale of adventure and friendship.

This event is free and open to all CCAD student's, teachers, faculty and staff so bring a blanket and friend and unwind after your first week back!

In the event of rain, we will be holding "Order UP!" in the Canzani Center; the pancakes will be flipped from the atrium and the movie will be shown in the auditorium.
